The Kryonaut Extreme thermal grease primarily targets extreme overclockers and enthusiasts. As the name suggests, the compound is optimized for extreme low temperatures, such as with nitrogen or compressor cooling. Compared to the conventional Kryonaut thermal grease, finer particles ensure a lower risk of cracking due to the high temperature differences, which can affect the performance. Tin oxide components and extra fine nano aluminum oxide particles incorporated into a carrier structure optimally compensate imperfections on surfaces of the heat source and heat sink, providing superior thermal conductivity of 14.2 W/(m-K). Kryonaut Extreme is suitable for temperatures from -250°C to 350°C and is not electrically conductive.
The scope of delivery includes two applicators for precise spreading of the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme.
