The HEATKILLER® GPU-X³ Core combines best performance and maximum compatibility. It is a GPU-only cooler designed for best possible compatibility with reference and custom designs of various graphic card manufacturers. This is made possible by the flexible mounting system and the large ground clearance.
The cooler uses an exceptionally fine cooling structure for excellent cooling performance. In fact the bottom plate is the very same, as is used in the HEATKILLER® CPU Rev3.0 series. Despite the complex cooling geometry the flow resistance is remarkably low.
The fittings are side-mounted, as is common with the HEATKILLER® GPU-X³ series. This way, adjacent slots on the mainboard will not be blocked by fittings or hoses. Threads on both sides of the connection block allow for flexible integration into the cooling loop. The threads are set 25 mm apart.

voltage regulators. These are not included with the cooler.
RAM-coolers up to 6 mm height are compatible with the HEATKILLER® GPU-X³ Core.
The HEATKILLER® GPU-X³ Core LT features two additional M5 threads for the MicroSystem. This bypass can be used for parallel integration of HEATKILLER® microSW-X coolers. These are sold separately and allow water-cooling of many graphic cards’ voltage regulators.
The bottom plate is manufactured from pure copper. The top and the connection block are made from black POM.
